$18/hour base (W2 taxes handled, steady paycheck)

Uncapped commission on every enrollment + tiered performance/retention bonuses

Typical Year 1: $75K$120K. Top performers earn well beyond that.

MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.

You'll spend your day on the phone with Medicare-eligible clients who called us. You'll learn what they need, walk them through their options, and help them enroll in the plan that fits. You'll track your numbers, work toward goals, and get rewarded when you hit them.

Genuinely like talking to people and can build rapport fast

Sales, hospitality, customer service, or call center experience is a plus but communication skills and drive matter more than your rsum.

Active Florida 2-15 insurance license (required before hire; we will cover a portion of the cost)

Must pass a background check

Must be able to work in-office in downtown Sarasota
