FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position. Location: Children's Hospital of Colorado - 1811 Plaza Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. More details upon interview. Requirement: Prior floor care experience is required. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.50 per hour. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas. Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
