Job Description Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. Translating this to all team members to ensure alignment. Oversee regional payroll entry and adherence. Keep regional account spreadsheet up to date, auditing for errors. Perform QTRLY location inspections and monthly touch bases sure compliance with company standards and SLAs. Report inspection deficiencies and resolve within the SLA timeframe. Ensure employee policy compliance including but not limited to: eHub, required trainings, dress code, and other policies references within handbook. Conduct client walk-throughs and supply proposals to prospective clients: scout new opportunities and upsell when possible. Track and ensure that periodic services have been scheduled and completed, and address customer complaints promptly and efficiently. Manage and minimize overtime within the assigned region and notify HR/Payroll and Operations of all staffing changes. Be on-call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends. Manage the profitability of all service locations within the assigned region, aiming to maintain or grow profitability where possible; manage expenses within budget. Provide insight during P&L reviews. Escalate any client issues to senior leadership for awareness. Contribute and participate in client business reviews. Train and mentor team members, identifying high performers. Conduct performance reviews. Delegation of tasks relating to DMs or Area Sups. Ability to maintain multiple types of communication streams. Responsible for overseeing screening, hiring, and onboarding in region. Ensuring progressive discipline policy is adhered to. Key Requirements A proven track record of success in managing and leading teams within the commercial cleaning industry. Detail-oriented and possessing strong communication skills (email, phone). Results-oriented, with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-focused with a can‑do approach to problem‑solving. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Working knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphones, and relevant software applications. Clean DMV record & license. Strong unwavering ability to use technology.
