What You’ll Get To Do We’re seeking a passionate, business-savvy, and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Waxahachie, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving employee engagement, supporting growth, and strengthening our culture across the organization. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace. Your responsibilities will include: Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments. Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention. Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture. Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth. Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success. Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives. Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance. Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
