CNC Programmer

CNC ProgrammerProgram and optimize CNC machines including 5-axis and mill-turn systems.Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam.Work with advanced machining equipment including mill-turn and multi-axis centers.Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints.Apply GD&T standards to ensure precision manufacturing quality.Select tooling, work holding methods, and machining strategies.Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining issues to improve efficiency.Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality production standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams for process improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining and manufacturing workflows.Work with probing routines and custom machining macros.Assist in fixture design and process optimization where required.Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing.Strong experience with 5-axis CNC machining.Hands-on mill-turn programming experience.Proficiency in Mastercam (required).Experience with CNC machines such as Okuma, Haas, Matsuura, and Eurotech preferred.Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.Ability to produce high-precision, tight-tolerance components.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience in aerospace or firearms manufacturing preferred.Knowledge of machining strategies, tooling, and fixture design.Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.Competitive pay based on experience.Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.Paid Time Off.401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.Stable full-time employment.Opportunity to work with advanced machining and precision manufacturing technology.
