Job Title: Building Lead Custodian - 2nd Shift Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) Location: Green Bay, WIJob Summary Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Lead Custodian to oversee operations at a premier, high-profile facility in Green Bay. This is a critical working-lead position where you will be hands-on with daily cleaning duties while directing and coordinating the work of a small team to ensure our "Elite Service" standards are met every night.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Supervision:Direct daily work by assigning and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.Provide hands-on training and coaching on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure the facility meets our highest standards.Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent professional relations. Custodial & Maintenance:Perform comprehensive cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas.Manage and track supply inventory; submit timely requisitions to ensure the team is always prepared.Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).Ensure the facility is properly secured at the end of the shift, including locking doors and setting alarms.  QualificationsExperience (Required):Must have 2+ years of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.Must have 1+ year in a Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role.Note: Candidates must have these specific experiences clearly documented on their resume to be considered. Skills:Strong working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, methods, and industrial equipment.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing/walking for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Benefits & PerksDailyPay®: Access your earned pay when you need it.Financial Security: 401(k) Retirement Plan and comprehensive insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision).Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) starts accruing on your first day.Career Growth: Join a company where most managers started as custodians.
