Production Supervisor: Lead, Improve & Grow Teams

The supervisor partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities****Lead & Develop People*** Supervise and coach a team of 20+ production associates* Establish clear expectations and accountability for safety, quality, and productivity* Provide consistent feedback, recognition, and performance coaching* Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees* Foster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team culture**Drive Operational Execution*** Execute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targets* Plan and organize work priorities, staffing, and workflow* Monitor performance metrics and address gaps proactively* Collaborate with Plant Manager and Plant Coordinator to anticipate operational needs**Ensure Safety & Compliance*** Maintain a safe working environment aligned with OSHA and internal safety standards* Enforce company policies fairly and consistently* Submit timely incident documentation and corrective actions* Promote a safety-first culture across the production floor**Improve Processes*** Investigate operational deviations using root-cause analysis* Implement corrective and preventative actions* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and team effectiveness**Administrative Leadership*** Review and approve timekeeping, overtime, and payroll adjustments* Maintain accurate documentation related to team member performance and operations* Communicate effectively across shifts and departments## Qualifications**What We're Looking For**We are seeking high-potential individuals who want to build a long-term career in operations leadership.
