Board: BC required (Eligible)

Licenses: Licensed in GA

DEA: Active GA DEA required

Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide adult primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient care. Maintain active Georgia DEA and state license.
