Senior Research Associate - 171899

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Research Associate to join a preclinical biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA . Responsibilities of the Senior Research Associate include: Performing human pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation experiments Conducting molecular biology assays including RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining Supporting cell engineering and differentiation studies while analyzing experimental data and troubleshooting protocols Maintaining cell cultures, laboratory supplies, and supporting laboratory compliance and quality initiatives Qualifications for the Senior Research Associate include: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field such as regenerative medicine, molecular biology, genetic engineering, or a related discipline Experience with human pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), stem cell differentiation, 3D cell culture, bioreactors, and sterile technique Hands-on experience with RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining Compensation for the Senior Research Associate includes: Rate Range: $37- $50/hr, depending on experience Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law This job is open for applications on August 12th, 2026.
