Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. Job Description

Lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
Lead OAC and internal project meetings
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and quality
Proactively identify risks and drive solutions

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience with a general contractor
Proven experience delivering $75M-$100M+ multifamily projects
Strong background in ground-up garden-style construction
Experience running projects full-cycle, not just portions
Proficient with Procore or similar platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
