Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Vinita, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $39.78 – $59.68 per hour
Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + $10,000 Relocation Assistance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care by evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer and progress therapy treatments based on patient needs
• Set, monitor, and achieve functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and billing
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and care guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and departmental training
• Assist in mentoring/supporting new staff, students, and assistants as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid State of Oklahoma Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting
