Help guests through the vehicle buying process by delivering a transparent, pressure-free experience. Build relationships, demonstrate vehicles, conduct professional test drives, and create lifelong guests.

Compensation

Our compensation plan rewards performance through commissions, volume bonuses, gross profit bonuses, used vehicle bonuses, CSI and certification incentives, and longevity bonuses. The harder you work, the greater your earning potential.

Previous automotive experience is welcomed but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to integrity.
