Talent Acquisition Coordinator Emeryville, CA (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) About the Role The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full recruiting lifecycle, from interview scheduling through onboarding, while helping deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting systems, support onboarding, and contribute to talent acquisition programs and employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Welcome candidates and serve as the primary onsite point of contact. Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, offer letters, and expense reimbursements. Post and maintain job openings on the company's career site and external job boards. Manage job requisitions, job descriptions, and recruiting documentation. Assist with campus recruiting, job fairs, internship programs, and other talent initiatives. Coordinate onboarding activities, including I‑9s, background checks, drug screens, equipment setup, and new hire orientations. Support employee experience programs, new hire communications, surveys, and special HR projects. Qualifications 1-2+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator experience. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS platforms preferred. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable learning new systems and tools. The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
