Software Development Engineer 3

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud infrastructure and software solutions, is seeking a Software Development Engineer 3 to join their innovative team. As a Software Development Engineer 3, you will be part of the Software Engineering Department supporting Azure-based validation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Software Development Engineer 3

Location: Hillsboro, OR (HYBRID)

What's the Job?

• Develop and modify existing databases and database management systems to optimize performance and reliability.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate database development and define project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests to estimate time and costs, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Support Azure-based validation tools and utilities, contributing to Microsoft's Cobalt SoC product validation efforts.

What's Needed?

• Completed Azure Security Certification (mandatory for eligibility).
• Proficiency in Python development with experience in system integration.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development and database management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
