Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a high-volume manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving preventative maintenance initiatives to support production goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience repairing screw machines and other manufacturing equipment, along with strong leadership, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills. Production experience is a plus, as this role works closely with manufacturing to improve equipment performance and efficiency. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Lead all maintenance operations for a manufacturing facility.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair screw machines and other production equipment.Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs.Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs.Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation.Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available.Establish and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and outside service providers.Coordinate equipment repairs, service calls, and parts procurement.Work closely with production leadership to improve machine uptime and operational efficiency.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing.Strong experience repairing screw machines is required.Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Experience managing maintenance inventory, purchasing parts, and working with vendors.Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Production or manufacturing operations experience is preferred.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
