Job Overview Safety & Security Advisor Location: Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY Pay: $19.11 per hour Schedule: Sat–Sun 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon 3:00pm–12:00am, Tues–Wed 11:30pm–8:30am, Thurs & Friday OFF Responsibilities Help maintain a safe and secure campus environment Conduct security tours and monitor student activity Respond to emergencies, incidents, and safety concerns Assist with investigations and complete incident reports Perform safety inspections of facilities and equipment Monitor visitor access and student accountability Support dorm inspections and contraband searches when needed Help maintain the cleanliness and security of Center property Provide support to recreation, transportation, or residential departments as needed Mentor students and model Career Success Standards Benefits Full‑time schedule 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program Discounted meals on‑site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Job Corps or related program experience preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations Valid in‑state driver's license required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR 60‑300.5(a) and 60‑741.5(a).
