As a Processing Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production process running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment, monitor product flow, and ensure every batch meets our rigorous quality and food safety standards. Schedule and Compensation Schedule: 6:00pm–6:30am, 2‑2‑3 schedule. Location: 495S99thAve, Tolleson, AZ. Salary: $25.50/hr plus $1.00 night shift premium. Quarterly performance‑based bonus potential. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with match STD/LTD/AD&D/Life HSA, FSA, EAP Hospital indemnity insurance Accident insurance Identity & Fraud Protection Plan Legal services Critical Illness insurance Additional Perks $1,000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 12 months) Free Pasta and other products Key Responsibilities Safe equipment operation & maintenance: Perform and oversee equipment operations and maintenance activities, including forklift driving, die changes, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive upkeep (e.g., SAP, IQS, MII, Weaver). Monitor equipment performance, perform routine checks and inspections, and ensure sanitation after changeovers. Product handling, quality control & inventory management: Inspect labeling, alignment and packaging; follow FIFO, record shipments in SAP; conduct quality checks and verify weight, material accuracy, and product quality; minimize downtime through centerlining. Food safety & sanitation compliance: Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA; maintain cleanliness; document sanitation steps; lead FSQ compliance; mentor team. Team collaboration, leadership & training: Assist teammates, support training, coordinate activities, assign tasks, lead shift meetings, train others, and provide backup for multiple roles. Documentation, communication & continuous improvement: Accurately complete paperwork, record inventory, participate in 5S, develop solutions, lead improvement projects, analyze downtime causes. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year manufacturing or food production experience. Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain if not held. Age 18+. Technical skills: Operate and troubleshoot production line equipment, including basic repairs on cartoners, baggers, sealers, depalletizers, and palletizers. Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment irregularities. Proficiency in SAP, hand scanners, basic math; advanced: MII, WE systems. Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, and perform required tasks. Excellent communication skills in English. Physical Demands and Work Environment Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50lbs; frequent climbing, pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, twisting, and turning. Visual acuity, good hand‑eye coordination, and use of PPE required. Exposure to wet, humid conditions, fumes, extreme temperatures, electrical risks, and vibrations.
