Key Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl graphics, decals, and full/partial vehicle wraps on cars, trucks, vans, and fleets
- Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, measuring, and masking
- Install a variety of signage types such as banners, window graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated signs
- Operate tools and equipment including ladders, lifts, heat guns, rivet brushes, and squeegees
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations
- Perform site surveys and take accurate measurements when needed
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams to ensure proper execution of projects
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-site adjustments as necessary
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, especially when working at heights or with electrical signage
- 13+ years of experience in sign installation and/or vehicle wrap installation
- Proficiency in vinyl application techniques, including flat surfaces, curves, and complex contours
- Experience with large-format graphics and wrap materials
- Ability to read layouts, proofs, and basic technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with fleet wraps and color change wraps
- Familiarity with vinyl brands and materials (e.g., cast vs. calendared films)
- Certification from industry organizations (e.g., PDAA or UASG) is a plus
- Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated sign installation
- Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts
- Mix of indoor shop work and outdoor, on-site installations
- Work may involve heights, ladders, and varying weather conditions
- Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Occasional travel and overtime depending on project needs
