Analyst II (Northern CA Fleet Allocation Analyst)

Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II is responsible for performing complex analytical work in support of the Department's fleet deployment program. Evaluates statewide fleet utilization, analyzes deployment data, develops recommendations for vehicle allocations and reallocations, coordinates with departmental personnel and ensures compliance with statewide fleet policies and Department objectives for Northern CA. This position exercises a high degree of independent judgment while supporting strategic fleet planning and operational readiness.

Working Conditions

The Analyst II will work both indoors and outdoors. While indoors, the temperature and humidity are reasonably controlled, and while outdoors, the employee is exposed to climatic conditions.
