We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and Customer Experience solutions leveraging Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Gemini, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow CX. This role combines software engineering, AI solution architecture, and customer-facing delivery to help strategic clients transform contact center and customer service operations through Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions usin Dialogflow CX, Gemini-powered Conversational Agents, CCAI, and Customer Engagement Suite (CES).

Architect and build AI-powered virtual agents, voice bots, digital assistants, agent asist, and self-service customer experience solutions.

Develop scalable backend services and integrations using Python and Google Cloud srvices.

Implement and optimize Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Sarch, Agentic AI, and Knowledge Grounding capabilities.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including CRM, Contact Center, ERP, Kowledge Management, and custom APIs.

Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functios, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, GKE, and API Gateway.

Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.

Troubleshoot and optimize conversational design, NLU performance, prompt engineering, onversation flows, and production deployments.

Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to establish best practices, accelrate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Inforation Systems, or related field.

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python.

Hands-on experience implementing Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow CX, Cusomer Engagement Suite (CES), and Vertex AI.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise Conversational AI and Generative AI soltions.

Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and system integrations.

Experience working directly with enterprise customers and leading technical engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI Agent Builder, RAG architectures, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Systems.

Experience modernizing enterprise contact centers and customer service operations.

Gogle Cloud Professional Certifications preferred.

Experience

5-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Conversational AI, Contact Center Technologies, or Cloud Solution Delivery with proven success delivering customer-facing AI solutions on Google Cloud.
