Senior Systems Engineer / Server Architecture

As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of cutting‑edge server systems. You will work cross‑functionally with various teams to define hardware architecture, develop customized solutions, and resolve complex technical issues. Responsibilities Lead the definition and development of server system hardware architecture, collaborating with multiple functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Take ownership of bug resolution, working closely with the validation team to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. Manage and review customized requirements, proposing and suggesting optimal solutions to meet specific customer needs. Design, develop, and integrate server systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and customer requirements. Provide system architecture expertise with customized design function, collaborating with other teams for successful development and implementation. Modify and customize server systems based on customer needs, effectively communicating and collaborating with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. Travel to field side for problematic issue triage and/or customer on‑demand technical support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding and experience with x86 platform development (Intel/AMD). Proven track record of successfully developing independent server systems or motherboard designs. In‑depth knowledge of system connector specifications and applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment. Highly preferred: Fluency in both English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of system testing, verification, and design cost considerations. Competitive salary and benefits package.
