Company Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary As a PTA, your role is to provide therapy assistance and help patients reach their recovery goals. Key Responsibilities Support PTs in therapy sessions aimed at patient mobility improvement. Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently. Focus on meaningful interactions while minimizing documentation distractions. Education and/or Experience A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy. 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Compensation Compensation range: $33.40 - $41.25. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
