Associate Technical Project Manager

About the Position The Associate Technical Project Manager (ATPM) for the Americas will support the Customer Solutions Group by ensuring high‑quality delivery of professional services and driving long‑term value for clients. This role reports directly to the global PS leader. Responsibilities Work in the Americas technical project management organization. Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering to meet customer needs. Anticipate and interpret internal/external business and regulatory challenges and recommend best practices that improve products, processes, or services. Determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments independently. Coordinate service delivery in conjunction with Professional Services Engineers and customers. Use the Clean Order Process to coordinate orders and queries, ensuring completion within SLAs and escalating as necessary. Coordinate the activities of implementation teams to meet work order deliverables, timeline and the TTL (Time to Live of 90 days). Ensure all agreed timeframes and milestones (TTFC, TTFTS) are met. Communicate, liaise and, where necessary, elevate issues within Netskope to ensure project success. Oversee project completion and gather survey responses from customers. Store all project documentation securely online and offline as required. Manage projects with Netskope Partners. Job Requirements 1–2 years of project management experience in the IT or SaaS industry, preferably in a customer‑service environment. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce, Mavelink, PSA tools, and Gsuite. Strong relationship‑building ability with a service‑mindset toward customers, partners, and subcontracting vendors. Knowledge of the operations involved in customer service and delivery. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Other Requirements Travel required up to 20%. Demonstrate a "whatever it takes" attitude and self‑motivation. Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and develop an in‑depth knowledge of customer business, projects, and initiatives. High commercial awareness with a professional approach and strong work ethic. Lead customer projects, liaising across divisions and with key internal and customer stakeholders. Goal‑oriented self‑starter with a proven track record of achieving targets with minimal supervision. Team orientation, high energy, and high performance with excellent customer service, time management, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Attention to detail and solid administrative, reporting, research, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. Proactive positive attitude, motivation, ambition, and tenacity. Motivate people to produce results in both physical and virtual environments across cultural boundaries. Awareness of organizational changes and flexibility in a constantly changing environment. Preferences Experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior experience in a hyper‑growth company. Education Bachelor's degree (BSCS or equivalent) or equivalent work experience. Compensation Salary range: $62,000–$88,000 USD. Compensation is based on job‑related skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
