Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist in-store and over the phone, identifying customer needs and recommending products. You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, process sales, and help meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. You will maintain stock, tint/mix products per specifications, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding store standards and customer satisfaction.
