Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc.Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targetsExecute and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standardsChampion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies and proactively addressing risksQuickly resolve operational issues, including equipment or workflow disruptions, to minimize downtimeCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth operationsTrain and develop employees, supporting onboarding and ongoing skill growthCommunicate shift performance, challenges, and priorities through effective shift handoffs and reportingSupport continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performanceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.Proficiency in using production management software and tools.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.Bilingual English/Spanish requiredThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
