Dental Assistant PositionWe are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our thriving pediatric dental practice for a full-time position at Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist the dentist chairside during restorative procedures.Complete coronal polishing, fluoride treatment, and sealants.Assist the dentist during examinations, ensuring a smooth workflow.Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.Take and process dental X-rays.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.Create a comfortable environment for young patients.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (but not required).Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.A compassionate demeanor towards patients, especially in pediatric dentistry settings.Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.
