Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Grants Pass, OR. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new community. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required. BLS/CPR certification required (American Heart Association or equivalent). Minimum experience providing OT services in home health or community-based settings preferred. Ability to perform OT evaluations, subsequent visits, starts of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits. Mileage reimbursed between visits as applicable. Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree. Primary responsibilities: OT evaluations, follow-up visits, possible start of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges. Dress code: Business casual or scrubs. Floating: May be required to travel within the coverage area to serve patients.
