Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative assessments and prepare the operating room for surgery.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in condition during surgery.
• Ensure sterile techniques are maintained in the operating room.
• Document all surgical procedures and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with recovery room staff for smooth patient transition post-surgery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an operating room environment.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
• Valid California state RN license required at the time of submission.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including variable shifts.
• Strong skills in orthopedic, urology, and general surgical procedures.
