In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions targeting communication goals
• Monitor and carefully document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with a collaborative team of educators and related service professionals
• Partner with families to integrate strategies and promote progress beyond the classroom

Desired qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
