Technical Trainer, Structures Our client is seeking a Technical Trainer, Structures to join their team on a 12-month contract. What You"ll Do:

• Provide technical training support for the Structures team, demonstrating expertise across critical structural assembly and quality processes
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations of advanced manufacturing techniques, including precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, mixing, and sealant/lubricant application
• Train team members on proper fastener selection, installation, torque application, and QA buy-off procedures
• Support the development and documentation of training materials for structural manufacturing processes

What Gets You the Job:

• Proficiency in core structural manufacturing skills, including precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, and proper mixing/application of aerospace sealants and lubricants
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, including QA buy-off procedures, deburring to specification, fastener types and installation, and torque application, verification, and documentation
• Demonstrated skill operating specialized manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools, such as rivet guns, calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and safely demonstrate techniques and explain complex processes
