Home Health LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN Office Location: Spring Hill, TN Coverage Area: Maury / Williamson County Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for an LPN to join our Suncrest Home Health team. Responsibilities Provide quality patient care and perform skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing practice, in accordance with the plan of care. Instruct the patient’s family in the care of the patient and maintain a healthy environment for the patient. Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient’s response to treatment and changes in the patient’s condition daily. Collaborate closely with physicians and RNs, and document care accurately and promptly, without altering the plan of care. Qualifications One year of clinical LPN experience. Current LPN license in the state where services are rendered. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle or public transportation access.
