What You Will Do

• As the A&P Technician, you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment

• You will conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications

• You will manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers

• You will also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications

• Up to 25% Travel

What You Will Learn

• How to serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 4+ years of experience working as an A&P Technician

• A&P License

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management

• Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface

• Shop/Bench refurbishment experience

• Experience with the inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components

• Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft

• Customer service experience

This role is:

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
