Business Planning Manager

100k-120k Summary A leading manufacturer of printing supplies, including toner and related products, is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Business Planning Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and strategic planning, with a strong ability to drive business improvements and support executive decision-making. This role is critical in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support sustainable growth. Develop and execute corporate strategies and mid/long-term business plans Lead the budgeting and forecasting process Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive management Conduct market and competitive research to identify business opportunities Manage and coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives Communicate with domestic and international teams in both Japanese and English Support a wide range of corporate planning activities as needed Working Hours, Working Style 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, On-site) Salary/Benefit $100k – $120k Includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and other standard benefits Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays Paid vacation and sick leave Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, or a related field Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills Strategic mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred Ability to collaborate effectively across departments #J-18808-Ljbffr
