Position Overview
An established and rapidly growing corporate portfolio encompassing real estate development, luxury hospitality, and gaming, is seeking an experienced, business-minded General Counsel .
Serving as a key strategic partner to the President and executive leadership, the General Counsel will lead all legal strategy and transaction execution. This position focuses heavily on real estate acquisitions, complex financing structures, development projects, labor and employment compliance, and corporate risk management across a multi-entity environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Education & Bar Admission: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar, or immediate eligibility for Authorized House Counsel certification.
- Experience: 10+ years of legal experience, including significant experience in-house with a company handling corporate transactions.
