Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience providing skilled evaluation and treatment for geriatric patients, including transfers, gait training, and restorative programs preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
