Discover how your skills and dedication can make a real difference to us.About This RoleNorthStar Energy Solutions is looking for a hands-on Safety Manager Support professional to assist our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations across the South Texas area. In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of field safety initiatives. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in the power industry, with a focus on T&D safety leadership. You'll work directly with crews, foremen, and project leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct on-site safety observations that drive continuous improvement.What You'll DoProvide daily support to field safety teams and operations personnel across Transmission & Distribution projects in South Texas.Conduct regular field visits and jobsite observations to help ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA, CUSP standards, and project-specific requirements.Collaborate with foremen, crew members, and project leadership to identify safety concerns and reinforce safe work practices.Promote a proactive, solutions-focused safety culture across all job sites and crews.Assist in tracking and analyzing safety-related data, including incidents, near misses, and compliance observations.Review safety documentation and help drive corrective action and continuous improvement efforts.Support the execution of safety initiatives tailored to project needs and conditions.Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel.What You'll BringA minimum of 8 years of experience is a must in the power industry, specifically in Transmission & Distribution.Must have 4–5 years of direct safety experience within T&D environments.Current CUSP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire is a must.High School Diploma/GED is preferred.Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management tools.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Ability and willingness to travel.What You'll GetAs a Quanta Services employee, we offer a wide range of benefits to fit your needs.401(k) with immediate matching and vesting.Fully comprehensive benefits packages; Medical, Dental, Vision Your choice of PPO, HSA, FSAShort term and long term benefits.Employee discounts on consumer goods.Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
