Have you worked with older adults and their families to connect them with the care and support they need?If so, we would love to speak with you about joining our team as an Admissions And Marketing Specialist.This position is responsible for supporting facility census goals by developing referral relationships, creating measurable marketing strategies, and coordinating a smooth admission experience for residents and their families. The Admissions And Marketing Specialist serves as a liaison between the facility, the Care Transition Coordinator, referral partners, prospective residents, and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an effective, measurable marketing plan in partnership with facility leadershipBuild and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, hospitals, and other referral sourcesServe as a liaison between the facility, the Care Transition Coordinator, and the referral communityMonitor daily census results and adjust marketing strategies based on facility needs and goalsManage the referral review and approval process in accordance with company guidelines and protocolsCoordinate the admission process from initial referral through the resident's arrivalCommunicate with prospective residents and families, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the admission processAssist residents and families with admission paperwork and administrative questionsCollaborate with facility leadership and clinical staff to support census and marketing goalsRepresent the facility professionally within the local healthcare and business communityQualificationsTwo years of successful healthcare admissions experience is preferredA two-year degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field is required; a four-year degree is preferredAbility to anticipate and respond to the needs of discharge planners, case managers, physicians, referral partners, residents, families, and facility staffExceptional customer service, communication, and public relations skillsStrong presentation and public-speaking abilitiesAbility to build and maintain professional referral relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently toward established goalsAbility to travel within a 60-mile radius of the facilityMust be at least 21 years of ageCompensation And BenefitsThis position offers a competitive compensation package, including monthly performance incentives based on established goals, along with benefits for eligible employees and their families.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in the workplace.Our Family Caring For Yours
