HR Director, Edison, NJ (Onsite) The HR Director will be responsible for developing, planning, and delivering strategic and tactical plans, programs, and services that support business needs, foster engagement, and drive performance and productivity at the site. The role manages multiple priorities including employee relations, talent management, employee engagement and retention, performance management, culture development, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Establishing and managing HR programs and processes to drive performance and engagement. Leading the organization’s HR operations and team. Developing and implementing HR strategies around recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and engagement. Delivering broad HR expertise in talent development, talent management, organization effectiveness, change management, employee relations, and HR operations. Designing and implementing policies and initiatives in employee engagement, benefits, compensation, leadership development, talent management, recruitment, organizational change, performance management, and compliance. Training and developing Managers/HR Business Partners and high‑level executives. Serving as an influencer and change management leader to create an organization that can make transformations happen. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; advanced degree a plus. 12+ years of experience as an HR Generalist handling a wide range of responsibilities. Manufacturing industry experience required. 7+ years of managerial experience required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment. Strategic mindset – ability to engage in detailed discussions while linking back to the big picture and broader vision. Clear and concise communication skills.
