- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues.
- Inspect, service, and repair on-site equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Previous experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic preferred.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and general equipment maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
- Must have your own basic mechanic tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Starting pay of $22.00/hour
