About the Role Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders * Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation * Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly * Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams * Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation * Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations * Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision * Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred * 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred * Active Washington State LPN License required * Required certifications (upon hire or within designated time frame): * CPR (within 30 days) * Fundamentals of Caregiving * Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days) Skills & Abilities * Strong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skills * Ability to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as needed * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a care team * Professional, reliable, and calm in emergency situations We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
