What You Will Do Develop and grow sales across specialty, fashion, and family footwear channels. Build strong relationships with accounts to drive revenue and expand brand presence. Execute merchandising, marketing, and social media initiatives. Analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle and deliver on sales goals. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience (footwear industry preferred). Proven record of account growth and retention. Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
