We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Equipment Support Technician II to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This part-time role is a key contributor to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, helping us uphold our mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. As a Weekend Equipment Support Technician II, you will perform critical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of all manufacturing equipment inside and outside of a controlled environment. Medtronic Perfusion Campus, in Brooklyn Park, is Medtronic's center of excellence for the design and manufacturing of Perfusion products. The Equipment support technician team enables operations to achieve a cost-effective product in a repeatable manner -- day in and day out. This is an onsite position with a Saturday and Sunday, 10 hour, scheduled shift.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment.
• Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
• Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
• Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
• May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
• May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device manufacturing environment experience.
• Mainsaver or other CMMS experience.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Proficient with MS suite.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $49,600.00 - $74,400.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
