Sales Manager – Long Lewis Auto Group

Long Lewis Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, structure deals, and maximize sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

Foster a customer-focused sales culture that enhances the dealership’s reputation

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales with a track record of success; at least 3 years
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in deal structuring and securing financing approvals
Ability to engage with customers and drive a positive sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
