This position has a potential for working at home after a training period.Responsibilities:Interprets and determines policy coverages under the personal lines and commercial lines classificationsInvestigates, analyzes, and evaluates liability and damagesDevelops and maintains case files that document all actionsEstablishes adequate and timely reserves in accordance with company guidelinesProvides equitable evaluations and settlements through negotiationsDirects and monitors defense counsel in the handling of cases in litigation, through conclusion by trial or settlementIdentifies, investigates, and refers potential fraudulent claims to SIUAnswers questions and resolves problems within established levels of authorityProvides excellent customer servicesPerforms other duties as requiredCollege degree and commensurate casualty claim experience required3+ years' experience handling MA auto bodily injury claims requiredSome mediation and litigation experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
