Schedule : Exempt, min 40 Hours per week | 8:00am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday Department: Therapy | Huron Valley PACE | Ypsilanti, Mi What You'll Do: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating participants and developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence, improve functional mobility, and enhance quality of life. This role provides therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living, adaptive equipment, manual techniques, and environmental modifications in both clinic and community settings. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team, the Occupational Therapist delivers evidence-based care, monitors participant progress, and maintains accurate documentation to support positive outcomes and participant-centered goals at Huron Valley PACE. #J-18808-Ljbffr mybrio
