Physical Therapist - PRN

Seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians , along with general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Requires a Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and a current or temporary state license. Must be BLS certified and have current certifications before providing independent patient care. Preferred candidates have six months to one year of experience , especially with adult and geriatric populations. Physical demands include lifting 50 lbs , prolonged standing, walking, and performing tasks that involve gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
