Location: Milwaukee, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Pay Range: $110k - $120k + bonus

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner in Milwaukee. This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified bilingual and manufacturing talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with staffing agencies and community organizations as needed.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Develop and deliver training on company policies, safety practices, and leadership development.
  • Support employee career growth and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, and workers' compensation requirements.
  • Update and enforce company policies and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation .
  • Guide managers through performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes.
  • Assist in establishing performance goals and employee development plans.
  • Support talent management and retention initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions.
  • Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and wage administration.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits communication.
  • Partner with production leadership to address workforce planning needs.
  • Support multiple shifts and maintain visibility on the manufacturing floor.
  • Analyze turnover, absenteeism, and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2+ years of HR leadership or management experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
