In this role, you will work closely with our talented event sales and planning team, assisting in the coordination and execution of exceptional events. Responsibilities: Assist in event sales and planning activities, including client inquiries, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets. Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, decor, and audiovisual requirements. Assist in creating detailed event timelines and itineraries. Support the team in managing event budgets and financial transactions. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Assist in conducting site visits and showcasing event spaces to potential clients. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
