Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the creation and implementation of personalized treatment programs for patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
• Provide direct, hands-on care to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on effective exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications that contribute to their rehabilitation process.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions meticulously, ensuring accurate records that aid in treatment planning.
• Participate in patient evaluations and collaborate with the healthcare team to refine treatment approaches based on individual needs and progress.
• Utilize trigger point therapy techniques where appropriate to enhance patient recovery and manage pain effectively.
• Contribute to our occupational health initiatives, supporting preventive measures and post-injury wellness programs within the facility.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
