3PL Logistics Clerk

Location: Perris, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00-$20.00/hour
Position: Temporary 6-8 weeks with possible extension or permanent conversion

We are seeking a reliable and organized 3PL Clerk to support logistics and customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Process  Bills of Lading, Purchase Orders, Manifests, and Pick Tickets .
• Communicate with 3PL customers, vendors, and carriers .
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Work with  WMS systems and EDI/non-EDI customers.
• Generate reports from various systems.
• Use  Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
• Assist with billing as needed.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and as part of a team.

• 3PL customer service experience is required.
• Must have experience with  Bills of Lading, Purchase Orders, Manifests, and Pick Tickets.
• High-volume data entry experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with  Outlook and Excel .
• Excel  Pivot Tables and formulas preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Billing experience is a plus but not required.
